PRIDE 123

Course description

Pride 123 is an interactive web-based drugs and safety education programme for primary schools. This one-hour training session provides an opportunity for participants to become familiar with the online resource, thus enabling them to deliver the Pride 123 curriculum. The training also covers a range of interactive tools, activities and lesson plans to engage pupils and parents in addressing key safety messages; linking learning from school to home.

Participants

This course is for all staff who work within a school setting.

Cost

This course is free of charge to schools that have prioritised Drugs and Alcohol Education through the School Health Check. Refresher training is also available for all schools.

This course is delivered in-house either as an inset or a twilight session.
