This Training will take place virtually on teams from 9am-12:30pm
This half-day course covers: the impact of effective PSHE education, its place within the curriculum with relevant Government updates, effective teaching and learning strategies, links with SMSC and safeguarding, meeting OFSTED expectations and more.
The course will help you to:
- review your existing PSHE provision and plan for future development
- engage and motivate colleagues and students
- assess and evaluate the impact of PSHE education in your school
- incorporate Healthy Schools' IMatter PSHE Curriculum resources into your own provision
PARTICIPANTS
This course is suitable for PSHE leads/coordinators who are new to the role or who have never received any formal training in this area.
PRICE
This course is provided free of charge to Manchester schools that engage with the Healthy Schools Programme 2022-23.
