Viewing course

Sexual Health - Inclusive RSE in Secondary Schools

Course description

This training session looks at how we can engage with young people, free from assumptions about gender, sex and sexuality. LGBT+ issues should not be just standalone RSE lessons, but interwoven into everything that you do. The session will look at how mainstream RSE education can meet the needs of LGBT+ young people, and how we can give our entire student body the skills they need to safeguard themselves, and develop positive attitudes towards their sexual health.
