Big Health Challenge 2017-2018- Planning Sheet

Your '5 Ways to Wellbeing' project plan will be considered as part of the awarding process and should be used as the foundation to any presentation that you deliver at the end of the year. You should aim to fill in a separate sheet for each of the 5 areas, ideally one at each Voicebox event across the year. They can then be used as evidence of how you have improved staff and student wellbeing within your school. Please use extra sheets if needed and email kimberley.evans@mft.nhs.uk if you have any questions.
