Young Voices

What is bullying and what can we do about it in school? These were just some of the questions our primary school council networks discussed as we launched this year’s Anti-Bullying Week campaign through our Young Voices network. Fifteen schools attended the sessions with pupils sharing thoughts on anti-bullying procedures and considering the advice they might give to pupils experiencing bullying.

Key Stage 1 Physical Activity Award Review

We are re-designing and re-developing the Key Stage 1 Physical Activity Participation Award for the new year. The Award currently consists of: pupil diaries, stickers, certificates, teacher notes and parent information. The resource aims to help children reach and record their 60 minutes of physical activity each day. This is a free resource for schools within Manchester.
